Shy? Scared? Embarrassed? Don’t be! Group Fitness classes are one of the best ways to get started at the gym. You have your instructor there with you the whole time to help you if you get stuck with something. Classes are designed to improve your fitness levels, not wait for you to ‘be fit’ to participate. All classes and instructors will cater to your experience and fitness levels

BODYATTACK
This is the sports inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. Torch fat, shape lean muscle mass, increase core strength and get the adrenaline pumping in this exciting class.

BODYPUMP
Blast all your muscles with this high rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and bodyweight, a BODYPUMP class will challenge every single major muscle group to create the ultimate lean muscle machine! Focusing on full body exercises that sculpt your legs, chest, back, shoulders and abs. This class is designed to transform your body through strength and endurance in warp speed dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat and push you to a personal best! Suitable for all fitness levels.

BODYFIT 55
Get in shape Bodyfit 55 style! Experience high intensity, full body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body, specifically designed to make it rain sweat! From circuit style routines that jump start cardio fitness, to creative muscle toning exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands or even the participants body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges.

CARDIO BOXING
Improves your fitness, strength and shed body fat with this intense class, incorporating circuits, drills and martial arts.

CORE
Focusing solely on your mid section. The intense 30 minute class will give your abdominal's a great workout and strengthen your core. 

FAT BURNER
A cardiovascular conditioning class to optimize fat burning with intervals of intensity.

ZUMBA
Ditch the workout, join the party! Latin Dance fused with hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Suitable for all fitness levels.
